OTM is a woman-owned full service media firm with 16 years of experience.

As a veteran Media Buyer, Meredith Patel formed OTM in 2019 ahead of the 2020 Presidential cycle. Meredith has successfully planned and placed media across the country for a wide range of candidates, committees, and Super PACs.  Clients in the 2022 cycle included Save America Fund, Democratic Colorado, Save Democracy Fund, and Mary Peltola for Congress.  Additional others through GMMB such as DGA, DSCC, Kathy Hochul for Governor, and Annie Andrews for Congress. She has also built a firm dedicated to down-ballot races that do not always get the attention as top-tier races which included Lina Hidalgo for Harris County Judge, Mary Ann Baldwin for Mayor,  Lucy Inman for NC Supreme Court, and Vince Versaci for NY Supreme Court.

Meredith got her start in Paid Media at GMMB in 2011 but has worked in Democratic politics since 2006. She has worked on several campaigns and committees including Bill Richardson for President, Tom Udall for Senate, and the DSCC. During her tenure at GMMB, she planned and placed paid media on races up and down the ballot including Presidential, US Senate and House, Governors’, city, and municipality elections.  In addition to electoral politics, Meredith worked closely with the corporate, trade association, and non-profit public affairs and issue advocacy campaigns focused at the federal and state level. 

OTM plans and places all forms of paid media including English and Spanish Language TV, OTT, Radio, and Digital.  We create unique media strategies specific to each client’s goals instead of using a one size fits all strategy.  Our years of expertise and relationships with television and radio stations around the country will ensure the best price and each ad will be handled with care. Finally, we will make sure you understand the paid media environment and provide a 360° view of all spending including that of our competitors and allies.
